You may have heard that we need to conduct another ratification vote. This is true. In fact, we are currently waiting for a Memoradum of Agreement from the College attorney to present to you for ratification. We were not in receipt of the MOA at the time of the recent meeting which was held for this purpose. To ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed choice, we intend to share the details of the MOA as soon as we can reschedule the meeting. To that end, we will notify you of the time and place of ratification as soon as the document is received and reviewed by your Negotiating Team. We apologize for any inconvenience.
